3 Typical Gutter Problems and Their Solutions

Maintaining your gutters is one of the most important things you can do to prevent water from damaging your home. Your gutters have the important task of channeling water away from your foundation, thereby protecting the structural integrity of your house. Gutter Clogs

Clogged gutters are the most common gutter problem. When you leave your gutters unattended, dirt, debris, and leaves will begin to accumulate in the system. This debris then forms a clog, causing water to pool in your gutters. Since the weight of your gutters has increased, they will eventually sag and pull away from the fascia. When it rains, they can also overflow and cause water damage to your interior. Prevent this by having your gutters cleaned at least once a year. Holes and Leaks
